防倾翻控制系统的应用提升桥梁检测车作业安全

      桥梁检测车为了提高安全系数,最直接简单的办法就是增加位于稳定部分的固定配重量,但随着桥梁检测车技术参数的增大以及质量参数的法规限制,简单的增加固定配重量已经无法满足安全系数的提升,当遇到桥面倾斜等工况时,安全系数降低,有可能造成车辆的倾翻事故,所以建议采取一些除增加固定配重之外的措施来提升桥梁检测车的作业安全。

      对于横坡倾角α所带来的桥梁检测车的安全性问题,目前业界研制了一种防倾翻的装置。与车架平台调平系统不同的是,该装置主要是通过控制倾翻部分相对于支点的力臂长度来减小倾翻力矩的。

      工作原理为桁架式桥梁检测车对桥面具有倾角α的桥梁进行检测作业时,倾角传感器检测出桥面的倾角α,并通过线路将该倾角α的信息传送至控制器,控制器经过处理,将倾角信号转换为控制信号传送至电磁换向阀,电磁换向阀做出相应动作,通过软管使调距油缸的缸筒腔进油,调距油缸内的活塞伸出。在活塞伸出的作用下,倾翻部分的桁架结构共同向上平移,两个连接杆同时发生倾斜,使桁架结构与支点之间的距离缩短,相应的倾翻力臂减小使倾翻力矩也相应减小,这样就减少了桁架式桥梁检测车在具有倾角的桥面上进行检测作业时发生倾翻的风险。
